With Kendall Square and MIT on our doorstep, Kendall Common is a new destination within Cambridge's most innovative district. MIT is creating this epicenter of Kendall Square with people at the core. We are building a true mix where everyone can flourish: from residential to business and commerce. Through public spaces and programs, we foster belonging and vibrancy.
